Our Surf the Flavour Wave bundle delivers vibrant expressions to impress your whisky-loving beach buddies with! We commence with a gem from the Speyside Lossie in Cask 35.282 Nailed it!. The dram opens in typical ‘35’ fashion with ripe orchard fruit followed by creamy vanilla and silky texture throughout. Cask 48.123 The journey's end opens with much more floral tones of jasmine and rose as oak spice serves as a midpalate bridge to lovely tropical fruits on the finish. We dispense with the fruit and flowers in favour of burning herbs and hospitals in Cask 122.37 Doctor Blowtorch. This is full-throttle Highland peat with copious amounts of iodine, charred wood and all sorts of burnt food items. This intense and enjoyable dram will be right at home next to the fire pit or bonfire! A fitting end to a day at the beach.
