If the items you have ordered have been damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery, and we will attempt to arrange for their replacement depending on stock availability, or will contact the seller regarding a refund. If a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within a few business days depending on your bank. If you haven’t received a refund after a few business days of email confirmation that it had been processed, then contact your bank and credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
