Cask No. 77.72 Admire the architecture offers a more savoury experience with dry sherry, dried flowers and vibrant oak components that float along on a sublimely textured delivery. Cask No. 18.41 A fascinating dichotomy marries sweet and salty aromas and flavours in a malt that shows tremendous depth and complexity. Caramel, salted nuts, chocolate and Madeira are all accounted for with the sherry-fueled enjoyment that ensues!
