Cask 44.148 An intricate finesse used a 2^nd fill ex bourbon barrel for full maturation and produces an intriguing whisky that slides into the Light and Delicate flavour profile. Enjoy milk chocolate and caramel on the nose.  The palate delivers light fruits, bakers chocolate and croissants. Cask 7.270 Perfect posture is a gorgeous whisky in the ‘Spicy and Sweet’ profile from Distillery 7. This cask was aged in a 2^nd fill ex-bourbon barrel. The nose explodes with fruits and berries.  The palate brings a fruit basket, floral notes and tobacco. Add a drop to bring out the tropical. Cask 37.136 Bar nibbles showcases the elegant influence of a second maturation in a 2^nd fill ex-oloroso hogshead.  This subtle influence keeps this whisky in our Sweet Fruity and Mellow profile. On the nose you’ll find slight hints of sherry, nuttiness and toasted vanilla.  Take a sip and taste the dark fruits, cheerios, peanut brittle and dark chocolate.
