Dive into sherry country with the next two casks - Cask 35.229 Bountiful yet balanced offers up ripe red fruits and barrel spice from an Oloroso puncheon while Cask 73.107 Cherry chocolate and chutney provides a textbook example of first-fill Oloroso wood with dried fruits, nuts and dark confectionary notes. Finish up with a maritime taste adventure in Cask 53.281 A day at the seaside. Pure Islay character comes through the ex-Bourbon hogshead with nuances of shellfish, smoke and spicy candy in this lovely sundowner dram.
