The nose neat was ever-changing with aromas of rose water, bath salts, toasted almonds, marzipan, salted peanuts and squeezing a fresh lime into a mojito cocktail. On the palate steely sharp, a tangy lemon and lime kick – will wake you up and mellow you out! A drop of water and the scent of vanilla essence at first before a juicy peach syrup next to lemongrass and jasmine rice appeared. We now tasted sweet pineapple chunks, cheesecake with a delicate lychee sauce as well as lavender cupcakes and in the finish rosemary and black pepper crackers. A dram with plenty of personality and dynamism!
