Highland, Eastern
Sweet nut oil, creamy vanilla and coconut coated soft spices as drier aromas combined apricots and clean earth with chalky rocks. Oily textures continued on the palate to bring a delightfully thick mouthfeel that complimented fresh peaches, lemons and melon while sweet liquorice merged with a little orange oil. Peaches became more dominant with water but now with lemon pith and satsuma sherbet. A clean and mineralic character delivered mint, eucalyptus and bergamot along with white grapes and hay. Wonderful layers of soft fruits now fused clementines, melon and lemon curd with fragrant violets before we finished with thick butter and sweet herbal liqueur.
