Tasting Panel Notes

Imagine smooth caramels, molasses toffee covered in dark chocolate, of course with a soft crunchy sweetness. A serving of rum pudding under strawberry trifle surrounded by hints of soothing pipe smoke, burnt oranges and an old leather chair. Water not required, but caramels and fruit notes are enhanced. Our serving suggestion: a dram to drink and a drizzle over coffee ice cream.
