We started on the nose neat with fragrant wood and a potpourri made with dried flowers before moving on to vanilla panna cotta, caramel latte and blood orange and cinnamon jelly. Very creamy on the palate neat moving from fruits (mango, papaya and kiwi) to spices such as nutmeg, white pepper, cloves and cardamom. Following the addition of water, we drank coconut milk before taking a spoonful of Thai Ginseng general tonic containing herbs, minerals and vitamins. The taste was that of a roasted sweet potato and carrot soup enlivened with either with Maggi liquid seasoning or Worcestershire sauce.
