A creamy and complex nose full of shoe leather, mango smoothie, white grape juice, gorse glower and Juicy Fruit chewing gum. Then jasmine tea, herbal jellies, eucalyptus resins and mango chutney. Water brought out lemon peel, bubble-gum, barley sugars, melon sorbet, kiwi and starfruit. The palate was full of rhubarb and custard boiled sweets, elderflower cordial, pomegranate molasses, lemon tea, rose cordial and passionflower. Water added herbal cough mixtures, almond brittle, white tea, precious hardwood resins, cinnamon bark, dried tarragon and quince.
