A subtle, delicate nose, with laurel, hyacinth and carnations, chalky sweets, custard creams and raspberry sauce on ice-cream; green tea with lemon later. The palate offers flower stems, unripe pear, apple pips, putty and plasticine, leading into sorrel, sherbet lemon and stem ginger warmth; dried sage, and marjoram. The reduced nose combines bath salts and talc, PVC and beeswax, orange crates, hibiscus tea, bay leaf and summer park petrichor. The reduced palate soothes with pan drops, soft mint chews, rose creams, cherry Tunes and rainbow drops; then Marmite and butter on toast, heather ale and herbal notes to finish.
