A yummy rummy, sweet and fruity aroma of French bean vanilla ice cream with lychees, Frangelico and liqueur soaked chocolate Maraschino cherries. Delicate but full of flavours at the same time, honey on burnt toast, rocky road crunch bars with a late burst of a fruit juice made with a blend of orange, lemon, grapefruit, tangerine and lime. With water we were standing next to a potted flower display, some chewing Manuka honey lozenges whilst others enjoyed rum and raisin ice cream. After twenty six years in an ex-bourbon hogshead we transferred this whisky into a second fill toasted hogshead.
