What an inviting nose – like opening the door of a classic vintage car with immaculate leather upholstery, a walnut steering wheel and dashboard. When we tasted the liquid, it reverberated around the mouth and we imagined sinking into those silky, smooth, soft leather chairs while the engine purred like a cat. Flavours of homemade caramel sauce, spicy strawberry and chilli jam with that little kick came to mind. A tiny tear drop of water and aromas of Madagascan vanilla beans, runny honey and a lime mint sorbet appeared, whilst on the palate now the smoothest ride you will ever experience.
