Delicate, delightful, delicious

A delightfully delicious bouquet of aromas greeted the Panel - making honey wine, apricot jam, brewing a Porter beer with toasted coconut flakes and baking a lemon verbena drizzle cake. On the palate neat a perfectly made Daiquiri - a delicate mix of a light rum sweetness with the raw freshness of dark demerara sugar and lime juice. With a drop of water, a floral arrangement of acacia, white roses and orchids opened up followed by the scent of coconut and bergamot essential oil. The taste was so yummy and reminded us of an orange-chocolate baked Alaska dessert.
