The next stop on our vernal voyage brings us to Cask 72.97 Royal nonsense? - a delightfully floral dram tempered by sweet herbal notes and accents of rum-soaked raisins. 72’s typical style is a robust and oily one but the single cask here tells a story of vibrant elegance. Let’s finish our flight with a fun and fascinating dram from the southern Highlands. Cask 112.69 Scotch goes West (Indies) transports us to the Caribbean with exotic aromas and flavours from time in a refill Jamaican rum barrel. This is another stellar sipper from distillery 112 with so much to love in the glass. Enjoy this beautiful quartet with the windows open!
