Our Single Cask Treats bundle will make a great mid-Autumn tasting for whisky-lovers. Cask 26.135 Delicate, delightful, delicious is an ode to the exotic with notes of porter beer, barley wine and Baked Alaska dessert. It’s coastal influence and exceptional texture provide the perfect palate to start your flight. Cask 35.263 A date with a tart is a delicious departure from the norm for this make. Darker notions of blackberry and liquorice combine with dates and dark chocolate for a decadent intermezzo. Finish the flight with twenty-seven year-old Cask 46.97 In the shadow of a cocoa eclipse and witness the immense pleasure an additional maturation can bring. After twenty six years in ex-bourbon, we transferred the contents to a first-fill Pedro Ximenez cask. The result is an explosion of chocolate cake, espresso coffee and gooey molasses. What a hedonistic finish to this flight! Whether carving pumpkins, raking leaves or crafting costumes, October’s single cask treats will most definitely add plenty of spirit to the season!
