It’s coastal influence and exceptional texture provide the perfect palate to start your flight. Cask 35.263 A date with a tart is a delicious departure from the norm for this make. Darker notions of blackberry and liquorice combine with dates and dark chocolate for a decadent intermezzo. Finish the flight with twenty-seven year-old Cask 46.97 In the shadow of a cocoa eclipse and witness the immense pleasure an additional maturation can bring. After twenty six years in ex-bourbon, we transferred the contents to a first-fill Pedro Ximenez cask. The result is an explosion of chocolate cake, espresso coffee and gooey molasses. What a hedonistic finish to this flight! Whether carving pumpkins, raking leaves or crafting costumes, October’s single cask treats will most definitely add plenty of spirit to the season!
