We start our journey close to the North Sea with Cask 85.45 The lemon rocket ship. Based in the heart of Speyside, this distillery was a hit with our Father’s Day offering. Cask 85.45 reveals a summery side of the house style with vibrant citrus and savory notes, providing much to explore. Next, we head south to the west coast of the Lowlands. Cask G7.12 Thumbs up all round is a delicious grain whisky that represents the sweetness and approachability of Lowland whisky. The grain recipe lends dimension through oak and spice for a compelling profile. Enjoy on a hot day with whisky stones or a small cube. No holiday in Scotland is complete without a trip to Islay! It’s all in the name with Cask 3.294 Hebredian dreams, transporting us to the shores of Loch Indaal for a wee dram on a lazy day.
