At The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, our focus is always on flavour. Our bottling code system is in place so members are encouraged to lend their attention to the individual cask instead of distillery style - remember that we are bottling just one cask of hundreds at a given distillery so the expressions, quite frequently, are completely different. Focus on Flavour invites you to explore the individuality of three single cask expressions from the same distillery.....all with different flavour profiles! There is no better way to celebrate the single cask than to discover the nuances that make each bottle its own taste adventure!
