We were talking many emotions and true passion here just like in a Bolero (slowed down version of a rumba) from Andalucia. Hot, sweet, perfumed, gracious, seductive even slightly provocative aromas were teasing us. On the palate; smooth and rounded, sweet and sultry like a dulce Seville orange wine sipped whilst watching a sunset over the ocean next to your loved one. A drop of water and it was like a warm embrace and a tender sweet kiss whilst the sun disappeared into the sea. After eight years in an ex-bourbon hogshead we transferred this whisky into a first-fill PX hogshead.
