First comment nosing neat was "a shy beauty" - it certainly stopped us in our tracks. Unusual with not too familiar aromas - so we went almost as far away as we could; how about seared kangaroo meat with a raspberry glaze? Deep, dark and moving on the palate, like music or tunes are usually able to do, and we stayed in Australia with that fascinating instrument known as the didgeridoo. Be careful when adding water - we now sat around a campfire enjoying a cigarette, playing the guitar and singing songs. After 22 years in an ex-bourbon hogshead we transferred this whisky into a second-fill American oak PX hogshead.
