A very pale colour was followed by a shy nose neat with grassy and mineralic notes at first followed by Madagascar vanilla beans, a puff of powder sugar and winter white macaroons. Very fresh and clean on the palate with an initial kick of Fisherman’s Friend extra strong lemon flavoured lozenges but at the same time custard apples as well as sweet, juicy Williams Christ pear liqueur. Diluted the scent of summery pear orchard perfume graced us with its presence and the taste was absolutely delicious and smooth like acacia honey on a sweet bun with a creamy Indian Korma in the finish.
