Playing golf's all about the lie
Speyside, Findhorn
We imagined being on a woodland golf course (none of the Panel members present actually play golf!). Having just faced a heavy downpour we hit a 7 iron at a par 3 hole and the ball went straight from tee to cup without touching the ground - even the sun came out to grace the occasion! To celebrate we had a seriously Caribbean style dry spicy ginger beer. With a drop of water a fizzy, freshly squeezed orange juice called Orange Spritzer appeared on the nose, whilst on the palate now some sweetness of marzipan and shortbread. To finish, bitter orange liqueur and ginger marmalade.
