Summer dream
Speyside, Lossie
A restrained and rather shy, initial nose neat of pink heart marshmallow candy, pear juice with vanilla and coconut water and a blueberry pie with a lattice crust. With time turning more and more bright/sunny like a sparkling summer fruit salad and fruit bowl tartlets served with plenty of whipped cream. The taste had all the goodness of summer; Peach Melba cheesecake, Poire belle Helene, Charentais melon and Tutti Frutti ice cream. With water we sat in the middle of a clover meadow, bright sunshine and not a cloud in the sky, eating lemon sponge cake and drinking a Bellini cocktail.
Drinking tip: Dreaming like the snowman in ‘Frozen’ of summer.
