Its past comes to life on the palate with rich texture and impressive complexity. 31-year-old Cask No. 12.54 Delishably delectable offers a double sherry maturation (29 years in refill American oak Oloroso followed by 2 years in first-fill Spanish oak Oloroso) that yields a sweet and savoury panoply of warming and delicious flavours.
