We are very excited to share that we’ve just won a historic ten (10) medals at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition! Being one of the world’s most prestigious spirits competitions, this is an amazing result for our club and we couldn’t be more proud to share it with you.

Each year, more than four thousand unique spirits are submitted to a panel of judges from around the world. Each spirit undergoes a thorough blind tasting process and is judged according to very strict criteria. This year we submitted a variety of Society whiskies to the competition representing the diversity of style and flavour that our club strives to achieve. The result includes four (4) Double Gold Medals, five (5) Gold Medals and one (1) Silver Medal.

The Double Gold Medal winners include Cask No. 4.346 Savoury and sweet, Cask No. 78.58 Baking Easter treats, Cask No. 95.72 Beach bum meets courting mechanic, and Blended Batch No. 20, all set for release in the near future.

The Gold Medal winners include Cask No. 80.39 Achingly beautiful, which will be released in tomorrow’s May Outturn, Cask No. 3.346 Nothing quite like it, Cask No. 112.95 An aged classic, Cask No. 38.40 Sunny afternoons, and Cask No. 41.152 It is with a heavy toast and a medium heart, which are scheduled for release in the near future.

The Silver medal winner is another upcoming release, Cask No. 68.88 Living happily ever after.
