Cask No. 63.83 Summer garden curiosity is a ‘Juicy, Oak & Vanilla’ eight-year-old, and at 61.9% ABV it’s the ideal high strength and vibrant dram to stand up well to mixing. June's Unfiltered edition featured a wonderful cocktail article to get adventurous imbibers ready for the season. The Scottish Raspberry would be a perfect cocktail for this dram! Cask No. 113.49 Orchards in the sun bursts with citrus and spice drawing us to a more classic cocktail with a twist. Add cinnamon and rosemary to The Old Fashioned recipe for a refreshing summer sipper. 113.49’s ‘Spicy & Dry flavour profile and sturdy ABV will play perfectly with simple syrup, bitters and cinnamon with a garnish of orange peel and rosemary sprig. Cask No. 4.291 Smoked condiments is yet another malt with plenty of mixing power at 63% ABV and a fully ‘Peated’ profile. Try the Smokin’ Word with this Orcadian delight for a fresh take on the classic Last Word cocktail. Peated whisky, Yellow Chartreuse, Luxardo Marachino Liqueur and lemon juice combine to create a daring tipple for our tar lifers out there!
