Home for the Holidays marries four diverse flavour profiles for a tasting to remember! We start with Cask No. 39.233 Many shades of green for a focused malt of crisp citrus, toasted cereal and vanilla icing. This typically floral whisky will sufficiently prime your palate for the ensuing expressions. Next, we discover a beautifully nuanced dram with Cask No. 28.69 Frolicking freshness, noting coriander and cool spearmint before the addition of water welcomes vanilla and mango on the palate. Pour a dram of Cask No. 46.122 Deep, dark scents for chocolate, spice and all things nice we look for in a well-sherried whisky. Raisins, Madeira-soaked plums and dark chocolate are just a few flavours on the menu for this offering. Cask No. 66.213 Back of the kitchen cupboard delivers a lightly peated and profoundly nuanced expression. The 66’s have been killing it lately and this one is no different – exotic spices, herbs and smoked meats reside behind a veil of oily, tarry peat smoke that checks all the right boxes for us!
