Barley wine and apple juice with a dash of breakfast tea at first nosing. Add to that lime sherbet, lemongrass, lambic cider and damp moss. A hint of printer toner and hibiscus tea cooler as well. With water comes honeydew melon, citrus-infused wheat beer, rapeseed oil, plain porridge studded with golden sultanas and rosewater. The palate is hot and well spiced. There's yellow flowers, pear syrups, vanilla creme brûlée, lychee sorbet and coriander seed. With reduction there's various shades of ground peppercorns, grassy olive oil, white chocolate, jasmine, carbon paper and lanolin with a drizzle of orange syrup.
