Spiced Pear Prosecco Cocktail

A sweet, fruity and juicy scent greeted the Panel with aromas of green apples, ripe red Bartlett pears, creamy vanilla beans and aromatic cardamom; add some lemon ice cream and old fashioned fizzy lemonade and a summer holiday picture was evolving right before our eyes. Sweet and spicy on the tongue like a refreshing mango chilli lime ice cream and a spiced cranberry prosecco punch. Water added more herbal notes of fennel, caraway and pumpkin seeds like preparing a fresh spring salad with radishes. To taste; sweeter but at the same time tangy, like a citrus tart with a thick shortcrust pastry.

Drinking tip: Whatever you want to do - that will get you started.
