Our tamer counterpart hails from a courtly pedigree and soothes the senses with a light and delicate appeal. Cask 55.28 is a perfect happy hour malt and shows its utmost complexity with a measure of water. ‘Dainty, measured and delicate’ indeed, finish the work day with this lovely lamb.
