Our Flavour Cornucopia bundle features three casks to pair with your Thanksgiving feast! We commence with Cask No. 18.38 The happy ponderer that harnesses the rich and oily nature of the superb distillate. Herbal and earthy aromas and flavours from this rarely seen distillery will confidently complement any appetizers served as well as spark conversation among the whisky lovers in the room. Moving on to the main course, Cask No. 44.143 Good traditional fare has the pedigree and profile for the bird and its host of sweet and savoury side dishes. A meal in itself, the robust spirit and flavourful Oloroso sherry/STR maturation combine to offer a monumental pairing! Pour another dram of this one for pies, tarts and puddings before retiring to the comfy chair for our final dram. Cask No. 53.357 Smoke and smirr will keep the whisky conversation going after dinner has concluded.
