As the fire roars, we head to the heart of the Speyside for two enticing drams. Cask No. 36.178 Stomping presents a sherry-soaked pour that is dark and dangerously good! Cured meats, gingerbread, crushed grapes and salted caramel are just a few of the notes you’ll be coaxing out of this malt. Mainland and Islay meet with Cask No. 48.131 Intriguing multifaceted as the richness of distillate and provenance of barrel combine to offer something rather unique. Floral smoke and sweet ash complement a core of dark fruit and savoury fare for a fascinating taste experience.
