Deliciously decadent dessert

A lovely aroma which was a little all over the place at first, but then settled into Key lime mango coconut cheese cake and white chocolate panna cotta with salted caramel ganache – what a glorious treat! On the palate we had Belgium Tutti Frutti chocolate (white chocolate marzipan with candied fruits), as well as cream filled brandy snaps. When we added water a lemon verbena tart with Cape gooseberry compote emerged on the nose, whilst to taste now peaches and cream with vanilla bean-Zinfandel caramel sauce and delicious honey lavender scones made with Greek yogurt, almond milk and coconut oil.
