Honeydew Melon Ice Cream

Initially a very fresh aroma of herbal mint Fisherman’s Friend lozenges followed by another unmistakably traditional British product of a soda infused with dandelion leaves and burdock root, sweetened with pear juice and spiced up with a little ginger and aniseed. Spicy and sweet also on the palate like a creamy apple mango smoothie with a pinch of cayenne pepper added. Diluted, it turned fruity with a yellow theme dominating the nose; banana, dragon fruit, papaya and peach combined with some lemon tart, honeydew melon ice cream and with a chalky sweet citric finish we all ended up feeling suitably mellow.
Drinking tip: For those hot days.
