Imagine roasting butterfly Tiger prawns in a garlic ginger soy sauce on the beach enjoying the mirror like reflections of white fluffy clouds in the blue sky on Lochindaal. As we admired the view someone handed round a box of original Vichy mint pastilles with the additional flavours of heather, lavender and lime. A drop of water and we spotted a tall ship in the distance setting sail and heading towards the Atlantic. On the palate, floral sweetness of heather honey, rum and raisin, as well as kumquat, sea kelp and mango butter. Don’t you wish you were there?
