Have you ever heard of a garam masala roasted acorn squash paired with a tangy lemon tahini sauce, crunchy roasted pumpkin seeds and a sprinkle of fresh parsley? Now you have! The taste was sweet and fruit; honey-glazed strawberry tarts, lemon custard with a raspberry sauce and peach crostata, fresh slices of peach tossed in brown sugar, cinnamon and rum. Water added rosewater, homemade smooth creamy honey butter on the nose, while on the palate we found a double chocolate malted milkshake topped with whipped cream and a cherry beside a chocolate hazelnut cream doughnut. Summarised in two words: simply irresistible!
