Sweet sunny summer soirée

We imagined being in the south of France, the sky was blue, a gentle hum of the bees and the scent of warm summer flowers as well as lemon orchards filling the air with exotic aromas of the Mediterranean. A burst of grapefruit and gooseberry flavours danced across the palate neat with the juicy tang of ripe lemons. When diluting, the mouth-watering scent of a creamy coconut milk papaya mouse and lemon mascarpone macarons as well as quince cardamom tapioca pudding with runny honey on the palate made it a perfect companion for a lazy late afternoon dreaming of a sweet sunny summer soirée.
